Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt, effective, and efficient solutions to their inquiries.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, ensuring high-quality service and quick resolution of issues.
- Address and resolve escalated customer issues, ensuring the best possible experience for the customer.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, sharing feedback with the team and management for process enhancements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon products, services, and policies to ensure accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Meet and exceed individual performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for tracking and reporting purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
- Proficient in using customer service tools and basic office software (MS Office, Google Suite).
- Comfortable with using multiple communication channels (email, chat, phone).
- High level of empathy and patience while interacting with customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s products and services is an advantage, though training will be provided.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time, work-from-home position with flexible working hours.
- Availability to work in various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
