Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat in both English and a second language.

Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Assist with order processing, account management, and general product or service inquiries.

Adhere to company policies, compliance regulations, and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Fluency in English and at least one other language (e.g., French, Spanish, German, Italian, Mandarin, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.
Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
Experience working remotely or in a call center environment is a plus.
Background in retail, telecommunications, banking, e-commerce, or tech support is advantageous.
