  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to handle customer interactions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a remote environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and ticketing systems (preferred).


Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • Freshers with a strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience working remotely or handling UK-based customers is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with shifts covering UK time zones.
