Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Entry-Level HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Use job portals, social media, and other recruitment tools to find and attract suitable candidates.

• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

• Job Posting & Advertisement: Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.

• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the companys recruitment database.

• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with clients or internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver the right talent.

• Follow-Up & Offer Process: Assist in offer negotiations, follow up with candidates, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring strategies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS software.

• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.

• High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience

• 0 to 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.

• Freshers with internship experience in HR/recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours (40 hours per week).

• Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work may be required based on recruitment needs).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of basic HR and recruitment concepts.

• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and resume databases.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
