Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for a Part-Time Virtual HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
Maintain HR records, update databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in handling employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and HR-related events.
Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to improve internal processes.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
Support payroll and benefits administration tasks as required.
Assist in maintaining a positive work culture and promoting employee engagement.
Bachelors degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
1+ year of experience in HR, administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience with remote work or virtual collaboration tools is an advantage.
Flexible working hours (approximately 15-20 hours per week).
Work can be scheduled based on availability, but responsiveness during business hours is preferred.
Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
