Job Summary:
Amazon is seeking customer-focused, detail-oriented, and energetic individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. In this remote support role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and chats with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while adhering to Amazon’s policies and standards.
- Provide accurate information related to orders, shipping, payments, account issues, returns, and more.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and call handling times.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer data at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or call center roles.
- Freshers are welcome to apply with the right attitude and communication skills.
Working Hours:
- Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Full-time and part-time shifts available.
- Flexibility in scheduling is a must.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and processes.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.
