Job Summary

You'll be responsible for coordinating, executing, and tracking the distribution of product samples to targeted customer segments, enhancing product discovery and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage Amazon’s product sampling campaigns across multiple product categories.
- Select and segment customers for sample distribution based on specific demographic and behavior-based criteria.
- Liaise with internal teams including marketing, product, and analytics to optimize sampling strategies.
- Monitor and ensure the timely dispatch of samples to selected customers.
- Track customer responses and compile insights from feedback and usage data.
- Prepare and submit reports analyzing the effectiveness and ROI of sampling campaigns.
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure all customer interactions meet Amazon’s privacy and ethical standards.
- Continuously improve processes based on customer experience data and operational feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM or campaign management tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and independence in a remote work environment.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer engagement, marketing, product management, or campaign coordination.
- Experience working in a remote or independent role preferred.
- Background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or consumer product management is a strong advantage.
