Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or voice.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, system updates, and internal procedures.
- Meet daily performance metrics and contribute to a positive team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum education: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
- Ability to type efficiently with good grammar and spelling.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, email, and browsers.
- A quiet workspace and reliable internet connection.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or BPOs is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working shifts available (morning/evening/night).

- 5 to 6 days working with rotational week-offs.
