Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Resolve product or service-related issues with clarity, patience, and positivity.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on company offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support personnel or relevant departments.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet individual performance metrics related to response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn and update knowledge about company products, promotions, and system updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple chats or calls while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online communication tools.
- Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
- Minimum 10+2 or equivalent educational qualification.
Experience
- No prior experience required—freshers are welcome to apply!
- Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or BPO environment will be considered a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-Time: 9 AM – 6 PM or Rotational Shifts (5 days/week)
- Part-Time: 4 to 5 hours/day (Flexible shifts including evening and weekend options)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with online communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, CRM software).
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Willingness to adapt to changing processes and team requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
