- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass (Higher Secondary) or Graduate in any stream.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Ability to type with accuracy and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer literacy β knowledge of email tools, browsers, MS Office.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-centric attitude.
