As a Customer Support Associate, you will act as the frontline representative for Flipkart, handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for millions of users across India.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

  • Provide detailed product and order-related information.

  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as per Flipkart's policies.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

  • Maintain customer interaction records and follow up when required.

  • Uphold high standards of communication and service excellence.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Basic proficiency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle customer interactions patiently and empathetically.

  • Basic computer and typing skills.

  • Familiarity with using online tools, email, and customer service software.

  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet home environment.



Experience:



  • Freshers are welcome.

  • Prior experience in customer service or BPO will be an advantage but is not mandatory.



Working Hours:



  • Rotational Shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night)

  • 6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off.

  • Flexible shifts, depending on project requirements.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Positive and enthusiastic mindset.

  • Capable of adapting quickly to new tools, technologies, and workflows.

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms.
