Flipkart, India’s leading e-commerce marketplace, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Chat Support Executives. This remote role is ideal for individuals who excel in written communication, have a problem-solving attitude, and enjoy working in a dynamic digital environment. You will be the front line of support for Flipkart customers, assisting them through chat with inquiries related to orders, products, returns, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause.
- Assist with order placement, refund status, and delivery updates.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for follow-up.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus).
- Strong typing speed (minimum 30-40 WPM) with attention to grammar and accuracy.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or customer service processes.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate web-based tools.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred).
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in chat support or BPO/Customer Service will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts available, including day and night shifts.
- Candidates should be open to working on weekends and public holidays (rotational basis).
