🎯 Key Responsibilities:



  • Answer incoming calls professionally and address customer queries related to orders, payments, returns, and deliveries.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

  • Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies of Flipkart.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary.



✅ Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or any graduate.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages).

  • Good listening skills and the ability to handle pressure calmly.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with using email and chat support tools.

  • A stable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop for remote work.



📚 Experience:



  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role will be considered an advantage.



⏰ Working Hours:



  • Flexible 8-hour shift (rotational day shifts).

  • 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off.

  • Candidates must be open to working on weekends and public holidays, as per shift schedule.
