This entry-level position is ideal for 12th pass students or graduates who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. You will serve as the bridge between customers and Flipkart, ensuring smooth resolution of queries related to orders, payments, returns, and deliveries.



🎯 Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries through chat, email, or phone.

  • Track and resolve issues related to order status, payment confirmation, cancellations, refunds, and replacements.

  • Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to expedite deliveries or resolve delivery-related issues.

  • Record detailed notes of customer interactions in CRM systems.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, empathetic, and effective resolutions.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or technical teams when required.

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while entering data.



✅ Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce operations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Comfortable using computers and common communication tools (email, chat apps, ticketing systems).

  • Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple queries in a fast-paced environment.



📚 Experience



  • Freshers are welcome.

  • Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or e-commerce will be a plus but not mandatory.



⏰ Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts (rotational day shifts and weekend shifts available).

  • 6-day working schedule with 1 weekly off.

  • Part-time and full-time options available depending on candidate preference.
