🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, replacements, and refund-related queries.
- Ensure accurate documentation of each customer interaction.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
✅ Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and one regional language (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Bengali/Kannada preferred).
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online shopping platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with a stable internet connection.

- Prior experience in BPO/customer support/e-commerce is an added advantage.
⏰ Working Hours
- 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off.
- Flexible shift timings (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) based on business requirements.
- Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
