Flipkart is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Online Helpdesk Support team. As a Helpdesk Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance via chat, email, and calls. π§ Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or voice channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot order-related issues such as delays, refunds, cancellations, payment issues, or product concerns.
- Guide users in navigating the Flipkart website/app and provide accurate product and service information.
- Escalate unresolved queries to higher support levels when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow established procedures and adhere to Flipkart's customer support protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
π― Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity in MS Office, email handling, and web browsing.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while conversing with customers.
- High level of patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Up to 2 years of prior experience in a customer support or helpdesk role is an advantage.

- Flexible shift timings available (Day & Night Shifts).
- 6 days a week (rotational week off).
