Job Summary


Flipkart is seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Remote Complaint Resolution Executive to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will be the voice of Flipkart, addressing customer complaints and resolving queries with professionalism and care. This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction across our e-commerce platform.




Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints via chat, email, or phone in a timely and effective manner.

  • Investigate issues, gather relevant information, and provide accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Document all complaints, queries, and resolutions clearly in the system.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, vendor support) to ensure complaint resolution.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate level of support or management when necessary.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved.

  • Adhere to performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) qualification; Graduate preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).

  • Strong listening skills and the ability to remain calm and empathetic during customer interactions.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools and CRM software.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.




Experience



  • 0–2 years of customer support or complaint handling experience preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are welcome to apply.




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available (day/night), including weekends and holidays.

  • Full-time: 9 hours/day including breaks.

  • Part-time options: Minimum 4 hours/day.




Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



  • Knowledge of Flipkart's products, policies, and return/refund processes.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions.

  • High level of integrity, dependability, and accountability.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and communication tools like Zoom, Slack, etc.
