Flipkart, India’s leading e-commerce marketplace, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Sales and Support Associate (Work From Home). This role combines customer interaction, problem-solving, and product advisory to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for millions of users. You will be the voice of Flipkart, guiding customers through their journey and offering exceptional service support and product suggestions in real-time.



🔧 Key Responsibilities



  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, chat, and email with professionalism and clarity.

  • Assist customers with order placements, product recommendations, payment queries, and delivery updates.

  • Manage post-sales support including return/refund processes and grievance redressal.

  • Upsell or cross-sell relevant products based on customer interaction to meet sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, warehousing, and escalation teams) to resolve customer issues quickly.

  • Deliver quality service within the assigned response time and maintain high customer satisfaction metrics.



🎯 Required Skills and Qualifications



  • 10+2 pass (Higher Secondary) or equivalent. Graduates preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and sales techniques.

  • Good typing speed with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

  • A laptop/desktop with stable internet connectivity and a quiet working environment.



📚 Experience



  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in BPO, customer service, telesales, or e-commerce support will be an added advantage.



⏰ Working Hours



  • Flexible shift timings available (Day/Night) depending on project requirements.

  • Weekly rotational offs (5 to 6 days working/week).

  • Full-time (8 hrs/day) and part-time options available.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

  • Capability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to customers effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email etiquette, and chat platforms.
