Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Strong written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, handling live chat and data entry simultaneously.

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with data entry software.

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate data records.

  • Strong internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.




Experience:



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, or related fields.

  • Experience in live chat support is highly preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and data entry tools is a plus.




Working Hours:



  • Full-time remote position with flexible working hours.

  • Must be available to work across varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime depending on business needs.
