  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools)

  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities

  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality



Experience



  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, administrative support, or data entry is preferred but not mandatory

  • Entry-level applicants are welcome – comprehensive training will be provided

  • Experience working in a remote setting is an added advantage



Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available including morning, evening, and weekend slots

  • Both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (20–25 hours/week) roles available

  • Shift scheduling will be communicated in advance based on team needs and time zone alignment
