Key Responsibilities



  • Handle incoming customer queries via chat, email, or phone in a courteous and professional manner

  • Resolve product-related concerns, provide status updates on orders, and assist with returns and exchanges

  • Accurately record customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues

  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and process changes to better assist customers

  • Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools or live chat platforms

  • Patience and empathy to handle different types of customer interactions

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home with a stable internet connection




Experience



  • No prior experience is required – Freshers are welcome to apply

  • Experience in retail, customer service, BPO, or eCommerce support will be an added advantage




Working Hours



  • Flexible Shifts Available:



    • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

    • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM



  • Choose the shift that suits your schedule – both part-time and full-time options available




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Familiarity with online shopping platforms and retail systems

  • Ability to manage high volumes of communication efficiently

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the support domain
