  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat, email, and calls

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customerโ€™s concerns

  • Follow up to ensure full resolution of customer concerns

  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate internal teams

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

  • Deliver a positive, friendly, and professional customer experience

  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and satisfaction score

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail

  • Empathetic and patient approach to problem-solving

  • Comfortable using digital tools such as email platforms, CRMs, and chat software

  • Basic knowledge of common customer service principles and practices

  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • No prior experience required โ€“ Freshers are encouraged to apply

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, etc.) is a plus

  • Training will be provided for selected candidates




โฐ Working Hours



  • Saturday and Sunday only

  • Shift options may vary between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (flexible scheduling)

  • Minimum availability of 8 hours per weekend required
