Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Weekend Remote Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional support to our customers via chat, email, and phone. This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity ideal for students, homemakers, or anyone looking to earn extra income on the weekends while gaining valuable experience in customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact, helping to resolve customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.



🔑 Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat, email, and calls

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concerns

  • Follow up to ensure full resolution of customer concerns

  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate internal teams

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

  • Deliver a positive, friendly, and professional customer experience

  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and satisfaction score



✅ Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail

  • Empathetic and patient approach to problem-solving

  • Comfortable using digital tools such as email platforms, CRMs, and chat software

  • Basic knowledge of common customer service principles and practices

  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace



🎓 Experience



  • No prior experience required – Freshers are encouraged to apply

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, etc.) is a plus

  • Training will be provided for selected candidates



⏰ Working Hours



  • Saturday and Sunday only

  • Shift options may vary between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (flexible scheduling)

  • Minimum availability of 8 hours per weekend required
