You will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various computer systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update accurate data into company databases and systems.
- Review data for discrepancies or errors and make necessary corrections.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Follow detailed instructions and company procedures.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within set timelines.
- Report issues or inconsistencies to your supervisor as needed.
- Perform light internet research or document formatting if required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent typing speed with attention to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/desktop.
Experience:
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
- Prior exposure to administrative tasks or data entry work is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours:
- Flexible part-time schedule.
- Primarily weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday).
- Approx. 3–5 hours per day with the option to extend based on performance and availability.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with remote work tools such as Zoom, Google Docs, Slack, etc., is beneficial.
