This role is ideal for individuals looking to work remotely on weekends and who possess strong written communication skills. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers via live chat, ensuring prompt, polite, and effective support across various platforms.




Key Responsibilities



  • Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat on weekends.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate and helpful information.

  • Troubleshoot issues, provide resolutions, and escalate complex problems when necessary.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and system tools.

  • Record customer interactions and feedback clearly and accurately in internal systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer support experience.

  • Uphold quality service standards and meet performance metrics consistently.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent written English communication and grammar skills.

  • Comfortable handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

  • Strong typing speed and attention to detail.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.

  • Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.




Experience



  • Prior customer service or chat support experience is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.




Working Hours



  • Weekend Shifts (Saturday & Sunday)

  • Shift options may include:



    • Morning: 8 AM – 2 PM

    • Afternoon: 2 PM – 8 PM

    • Night: 8 PM – 2 AM



  • Flexibility for additional shifts on public holidays is a plus.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating web-based tools.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to take initiative and follow through on tasks independently.

  • Familiarity with CRM/chat tools is an advantage.
