Job Summary:


Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Online Tutors. This part-time, work-from-home position is ideal for individuals looking to contribute to the education sector while enjoying flexible working hours. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and providing academic support to students on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide online tutoring sessions to students via virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Create lesson plans and prepare instructional materials to meet the individual learning needs of each student.

  • Explain complex topics in a clear and engaging manner, ensuring students understand and retain the material.

  • Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback on their performance.

  • Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages active participation.

  • Adapt teaching methods based on student needs and learning styles.

  • Be available for occasional student queries outside of class time.

  • Keep track of students' learning progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians if necessary.


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in the subject(s) you will be teaching (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, etc.).

  • Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).

  • Ability to create and deliver structured lessons.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to engage students and adapt to their learning needs.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment to conduct online lessons.


Experience:



  • Previous tutoring experience is preferred but not required.

  • Experience in teaching or mentoring students in any capacity is a plus.

  • Fresh graduates and individuals with strong subject knowledge but little formal teaching experience are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours:



  • Saturday and Sunday, part-time (flexible hours, typically between 10 AM to 6 PM).

  • The total working hours per week will range between 10-15 hours, depending on the number of students and tutoring requirements.

  • Strong understanding of the subject matter and ability to break down complex concepts.

  • Patience and the ability to work with students of different learning abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
