Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on cutting-edge ML/AI technologies and trends.
- Assist in designing, developing, and training machine learning models.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and analysis.
- Collaborate with the core development team to implement AI-driven solutions for real-world problems.
- Create research documentation, reports, and presentations summarizing findings.
- Test and evaluate model accuracy, performance, and scalability.
- Contribute to open-source projects or internal R&D initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in Python and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Familiarity with key concepts in supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
- Ability to analyze datasets and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience
- No prior job experience required.
- Personal or academic projects in machine learning, AI, or data science will be considered a strong advantage.
- Enthusiasm to learn and explore new technologies is essential.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote working hours.
- Minimum commitment of 15–20 hours per week.
