Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries via chat, email, and phone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Guide users on how to navigate our platforms and troubleshoot common problems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and offerings.
- Accurately document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and policies as provided.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality targets set by the Customer Service Lead.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Good typing speed with attention to grammar and clarity.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under minimal supervision.
- High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Experience
- No prior experience required — freshers are welcome!
- Previous customer service, BPO, or call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Full-time role: 40 hours/week
- Shifts may vary and could include weekends or evenings based on business needs.
