  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner.

  • Assisting customers with product and service information, providing recommendations when necessary.

  • Collaborating with the team to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:



  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Suite) is a plus.

  • Freshers or those with limited experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.



Working Hours:



  • Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).

  • Flexible shift hours available between 8 AM - 8 PM.

  • Shifts can be chosen based on availability to fit into your schedule.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve customer issues effectively.

  • Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
