Key Responsibilities



  • Analyze user experience data, customer feedback, and system reports to identify trends and issues.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support reporting needs for senior leadership.

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Apple’s internal tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.

Experience



  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, customer service analytics, digital operations, or a similar role.

  • Prior experience in remote work or virtual collaboration is an advantage but not mandatory.




Working Hours



  • Flexible work hours with availability required for periodic virtual meetings during business hours (based on your time zone).

  • Part-time and full-time shifts available, including options for evening or weekend coverage.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
