π Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agents to join our dynamic remote support team. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will be responsible for delivering prompt, empathetic, and effective support via phone, email, and chat. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about helping others.
π Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer concerns and determining the best course of action
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources
- Record all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM software
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant departments
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Meet individual performance metrics including quality assurance, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based systems
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
π Experience
- No prior customer service experience is requiredβtraining will be provided
- Freshers and career switchers are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory
π Working Hours
- Flexible shifts available (Morning, Afternoon, and Evening)
- Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday shifts may be required on a rotational basis
π Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle high-volume interactions calmly and efficiently
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
