Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist customers with order-related issues, product information, and troubleshooting concerns.

  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the root cause, offering solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

  • Provide product recommendations and support for a variety of pet-related products, ensuring a personalized and positive experience.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the system to ensure follow-up and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customers' needs are met.

  • Stay updated on product offerings, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.

  • Maintain high-quality performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution rates.


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate thoughts clearly and professionally.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing customer concerns.

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (CRM systems).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Comfortable with technology and navigating through multiple online platforms and tools.

  • High level of empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.


Experience:



  • Prior experience in a customer service role is highly desirable but not required.

  • Experience in a virtual or remote work environment is a plus.

  • Experience with e-commerce, retail, or pet care industries is an advantage.
