Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken using our customer service management system.

  • Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Contribute to customer satisfaction through active problem-solving and delivering solutions that meet customer expectations.

  • Assist in tracking and reporting customer feedback to improve products and services.

Experience:

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting common customer issues in a remote environment is beneficial.




Working Hours:



  • This is a part-time position with weekend hours, including both Saturday and Sunday (specific hours to be discussed during the interview process). Flexibility with shifts is available.
