Key Responsibilities



  • Accurately enter data into company databases, ensuring precision and completeness.

  • Review and verify data before inputting to maintain accuracy.

  • Organize and manage digital files, ensuring data is readily accessible.

  • Perform regular quality checks on data entered to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Update records in real-time and assist with the implementation of data management strategies.

  • Respond to inquiries regarding data or document requests from other departments.

  • Support team members with any additional data entry or administrative tasks as required.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.

  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance data processes and workflows.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related fields.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong typing skills with a speed of at least 40 words per minute.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Comfortable working with remote teams and using various online communication tools.




Experience



  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, clerical work, or a similar administrative role is preferred.

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual setting is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with database management software or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.




Working Hours



  • This is a full-time, remote position.

  • Flexible working hours are available, though a consistent availability for core hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST) is preferred.

  • Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
