  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

  • Basic understanding of data management systems or software.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling data.




Experience:



  • No prior experience is required; however, any experience in data entry or administrative roles will be considered an advantage.

  • Strong desire to learn and grow within a corporate environment.

  • Experience in a customer service or office environment is a plus but not mandatory.




Working Hours:



  • Full-time position with flexible hours.

  • Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some occasional flexibility based on project needs.

  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and data management.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle data discrepancies.

  • Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and speed.
