Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to maintain a friendly and professional tone while chatting with customers.

  • Typing Speed: High typing speed with accuracy for quick data entry and communication.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using live chat systems, customer support software, and other online tools.

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills to assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately enter data and maintain records.

  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks at once without sacrificing quality.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.




Experience:



  • Required: At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or data entry role, preferably in a remote setting.

  • Preferred: Experience working with live chat or other real-time communication platforms.




Working Hours:



  • This is a flexible work-from-home position.

  • Full-time and part-time shifts are available.

  • Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
