  • Ability to handle customer concerns and provide solutions in a calm and efficient manner.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer management systems.

  • Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently in a remote work environment.

Experience:



  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a remote or in-person setting.
