Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in the airline or travel industry, though not required.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and de-escalating challenging situations.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems, or the ability to quickly learn new systems, is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as the airline operates 24/7.
- Expected to work remotely, with internet and phone access required to perform daily tasks.
