Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in customer service, data entry, or a similar role.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to handle sensitive customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

  • A stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup to perform remote work effectively.




Experience:



  • Customer Service: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, especially in an airline or travel industry environment.

  • Remote Work: Experience working remotely is preferred but not required.

  • Data Entry or Administrative Experience: Familiarity with inputting data accurately and efficiently.




Working Hours:



  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with the potential for shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Part-Time: Flexible hours, ranging from 20 to 30 hours per week, with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and software tools.
