  • Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the system.

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn airline reservation systems.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • A customer-first mindset with empathy and patience.

  • High-speed internet and a quiet work environment at home.




Experience



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or support role (call center or travel industry experience is a plus).

  • Familiarity with airline or hospitality industry standards is desirable, but not required — training will be provided.




Working Hours



  • Flexible scheduling available (full-time and part-time shifts).

  • Candidates must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required — shift assignments will vary based on business needs.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard communication tools.
