Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic remote team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging, high-performing social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about digital storytelling, community engagement, and creating content that speaks directly to a youthful and career-focused audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original, high-quality content (images, videos, text) for multiple social media platforms.
- Create and follow a content calendar aligned with campaigns, trends, and business goals.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Track performance metrics (likes, shares, engagement rate, reach) and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, challenges, and updates on social platforms.
- Run basic edits on reels/videos using tools like Canva, InShot, or CapCut.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for content themes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Strong visual and written communication skills.
- Ability to write concise, engaging, and relevant captions.
- Familiarity with basic video editing and content creation tools.
- Understanding of what resonates with Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone or computer.
Experience
- 1+ year of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers or students with a strong portfolio or social media presence are encouraged to apply.
- Previous internship or freelance experience in content creation is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote work schedule.
- Minimum commitment: 15 hours per week.
- Content deadlines and team check-ins must be met consistently.
