Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are advantageous.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong ability to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations.

  • Basic first aid knowledge is preferred.

  • Must meet aviation medical and physical standards.

  • Height proportionate to weight and the ability to reach overhead storage compartments.



Experience



  • No prior flight attendant experience required—comprehensive training will be provided.

  • Customer service experience in hospitality, tourism, or retail is a strong advantage.

  • Recent graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.



Working Hours



  • Flexible working hours including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

  • Rotating schedules and variable flight times are standard in the aviation industry.
