Job Summary:


OneTech Associates is proud to partner with a major airline to recruit Flight Attendants for immediate placement. As a Flight Attendant, you will be the face of the airline, responsible for ensuring passenger safety, delivering outstanding service, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality onboard.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.

  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and cabin inspections.

  • Deliver in-flight services including food and beverage distribution.

  • Demonstrate and explain emergency procedures to passengers.

  • Provide support during emergencies and manage challenging situations with calm and authority.

  • Assist passengers with special needs and handle onboard customer queries.

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the cabin area.

  • Complete post-flight reports and comply with airline procedures.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Ability to swim at least 50 meters unassisted.

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Valid passport with no travel restrictions.

  • Professional appearance and grooming standards in line with airline requirements.



Experience:



  • No prior experience as a Flight Attendant is necessary.

  • Customer service, hospitality, or public-facing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Comprehensive paid training will be provided.



Working Hours:



  • Rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Flexible scheduling based on flight rosters.

  • On-call availability required for domestic and international routes.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and positive attitude.

  • High emotional intelligence and ability to manage stressful situations.

  • Team player with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Physically fit to meet airline health and safety requirements.
