Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure passenger satisfaction during flights.
- Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure passengers follow all safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to passenger requests, including food, beverage, and medical needs.
- Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the cabin before, during, and after flights.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, including administering first aid when required.
- Liaise with pilots and ground staff to coordinate smooth boarding, departure, and landing procedures.
- Manage in-flight announcements and assist with boarding procedures and seat assignments.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, aviation regulations, and flight schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle emergency situations confidently.
- Excellent grooming, presentation, and professional demeanor.
- Legally eligible to work and travel internationally.
- Ability to meet physical requirements (e.g., standing for long periods, lifting carry-on luggage, reaching overhead compartments).
- Must meet airline appearance and background standards, including a valid passport.
Experience
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or airline experience is preferred but not required.
- Full training will be provided to selected candidates.
Working Hours
- Flexible schedules available: Full-time, part-time, weekends, and seasonal.
- Includes early morning, evening, overnight, and long-haul international shifts.
- Will require working on holidays and weekends depending on flight assignments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Cultural sensitivity and professionalism when working with passengers from diverse backgrounds.
- Good judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Awareness of airline safety protocols and emergency procedures (training provided).
