✈️ Key Responsibilities



  • Welcome passengers on board and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the flight

  • Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure the cabin is secure and ready for departure

  • Deliver in-flight services such as meals, drinks, and duty-free sales

  • Provide clear safety instructions and demonstrate emergency procedures

  • Address passenger questions and manage in-flight concerns with professionalism

  • Monitor and respond to medical or security situations if they arise

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and represent the airline with pride

  • Work collaboratively with fellow cabin crew and flight staff



🎯 Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-first attitude

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Ability to swim (basic proficiency)

  • Height between 5’2” and 6’1” (without shoes) for reach and safety reasons

  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally

  • Professional appearance and hygiene

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus



💼 Experience



  • No prior flight attendant experience required

  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industry is an asset

  • Comprehensive flight attendant training will be provided by OneTech Associates



🕒 Working Hours



  • Flexible scheduling required, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts

  • Shift-based and travel-intensive; may include international travel with varying time zones

  • Expect 70–90 flying hours per month with standby and layover periods



📚 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to handle diverse passenger backgrounds

  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in stressful or emergency situations

  • Physically fit and able to lift/move carry-on baggage

  • Confident decision-maker with attention to safety and regulations
