Job Summary


UPS is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Warehouse Data Entry Coordinator to join our remote operations team. As a key contributor to the warehouse logistics function, you will ensure that inventory records, shipment details, and warehouse activity data are accurately and promptly entered into our systems. This remote role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong eye for detail. You will work closely with warehouse supervisors and logistics teams to maintain accurate data flow across our network.




Key Responsibilities



  • Accurately input data related to incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory updates, and warehouse logs.

  • Verify data from multiple sources for consistency and completeness before entry.

  • Maintain electronic records in accordance with company standards and compliance regulations.

  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel via phone, email, or internal communication tools to resolve data discrepancies.

  • Generate daily and weekly reports related to warehouse activities, stock levels, and shipment timelines.

  • Support warehouse productivity by ensuring real-time, error-free updates to data systems.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and data entry guidelines to uphold operational excellence.

  • Assist in developing improvements for workflow efficiency and data accuracy.

  • Escalate any system or data integrity issues to the appropriate department.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).

  • Strong keyboarding skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently while working independently.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with inventory management or warehouse software is a plus.




Experience



  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, warehouse support, logistics, or administrative roles.

  • Prior experience in a remote or work-from-home setup is highly advantageous.

  • Exposure to warehouse environments or supply chain operations will be considered a strong asset.




Working Hours



  • Full-Time Position (Remote)

  • Monday to Friday

  • Flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Local Time Zone)

  • Occasional weekend availability may be required during peak logistics periods




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics terminology.

  • Ability to interpret and validate shipping documentation such as invoices, BOLs, and inventory sheets.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on maintaining data integrity.

  • Adaptability to various tools, platforms, and evolving processes.

  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.
