Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with internal teams via email or messaging platforms to resolve data inconsistencies.

  • Manage workload efficiently to meet daily or weekly data entry targets.

  • Review and update shipment records as needed to reflect the latest information.

  • Assist in identifying recurring data entry issues and suggest improvements.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

  • Proficient computer skills, including typing speed of at least 40 WPM.

  • Basic knowledge of data management or CRM tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or internal logistics software).

  • Ability to focus on repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • Comfortable working independently in a home-based environment.




Experience



  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or logistics preferred but not required.

Working Hours
