Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding healthcare coverage, claims, benefits, and policy information.

  • Guide customers through complex healthcare systems and explain plan details in a clear, understandable manner.

  • Resolve issues related to billing, eligibility, and provider network concerns efficiently and accurately.

  • Document all interactions thoroughly and update customer records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as claims, underwriting, and medical management to resolve escalated cases.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cigna’s healthcare products, services, policies, and relevant healthcare regulations.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management for process enhancements.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

Experience

Working Hours
