Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or call center environments.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, friendly phone presence.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience:



  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service roles, ideally in a health insurance or related industry.

  • Familiarity with health insurance terminology and processes is a strong advantage.




Working Hours:



  • Full-time position with flexible shift schedules including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays to accommodate customer needs.

  • Typical shifts range from 8 AM to 8 PM with possible overtime during peak periods.
