- Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Uphold a compassionate, professional tone in every interaction.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with using computers, CRM tools, and virtual communication platforms.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with accuracy.
Experience
- Required: Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (call center, healthcare, retail, etc.)
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare or medical customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Evening Shifts: Typically between 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (local time).
- Flexibility for weekdays and weekends is preferred.
- Full-time and part-time roles available (minimum 20 hours per week).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Understanding of healthcare-related terminology is helpful but not essential.
- Ability to learn and adapt to healthcare software tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
