Hospital Jobs is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Remote Evening Chat Support Specialist to join our virtual support team. Key Responsibilities



  • Provide real-time assistance to website visitors via live chat and messaging tools.

  • Address customer questions, resolve issues, and guide users through platform navigation.

  • Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed.

  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in every interaction.

  • Accurately log chat transcripts and customer feedback for analysis and service improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and updated support documentation.

  • Meet daily performance benchmarks including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.

  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced digital environment.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate online platforms and CRM systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy in all customer interactions.

  • Ability to type at least 45 WPM with a high level of accuracy.




Experience



  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, chat support, or a similar remote role.

  • Prior experience in the healthcare or job recruitment industry is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with exceptional communication and typing skills are welcome to apply.




Working Hours



  • Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (in your local time zone), Monday to Friday.

  • Weekend availability is a plus and may be occasionally required with prior notice.

  • Flexible shift rotations can be considered based on availability and performance.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Familiarity with chat platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, or LiveChat.

  • Basic understanding of healthcare-related terminology is advantageous.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

  • Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and process improvement.
